Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year Programs
All Stat Home Health recognizes the value of its field staff. As a result, we provide employee of the month and employee of the year programs. Under these programs, one employee is recognized every month for their outstanding service to the company and their clients, and one employee is recognized every year for their excellent service throughout the year. All employees in these programs will be provided with a certificate of appreciation along with a check as a show of our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
Eligible employees include home health aides (HHA), certified nursing assistants (CNA), homemakers and companions (HM/COMP), licensed practical nurses (LPN), and registered nurses (RN).
All Stat Home Health’s most common level of care is for a home health aide or a certified nursing assistant. Their duties include assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, transferring, and going to the bathroom. They can also provide light housekeeping, including sweeping, vacuuming, meal preparation, laundry, running errands, and taking the client to doctor’s appointments. Their duties are defined by a registered nurse who prepares a detailed plan of care. A plan indicating the duties that they are to accomplish during their time with the client.
The Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year recipients will have their picture taken and displayed in the office for the duration of the year. They will receive a certificate and a cash prize.
