Thank you for your interest in working for our company. Please complete an online application, contact us via email, or review our Staff Requirements page for more information.

All Stat has been in business since 1986, and we currently provide service in 7 counties.

All Stat offers a number of benefits for staff, including Major Medical Health Coverage (we pay more than half the premium for qualifying employees), a 401K Plan, $50,000 in Life Insurance at no charge (for qualifying employees) and many other benefits. We also treat all staff as employees, so we provide Workers Comp Coverage, Unemployment coverage, Tax Withholdings, Professional Liability Coverage, General Liability Coverage, and an Umbrella Policy to make sure staff are protected.

You can contact Rene Holloway in our Sarasota office at 923-0880 or Sue Baker in our Port Charlotte office at 764-0880 about filling out an application. They are scheduling coordinators for those areas.

You will need a copy of your certificate, your driver's license, and your social security card.

You will need to keep your file up to date as other information is needed, including Continuing Education Credits (CEUs). As a courtesy, All Stat offers services free of charge. They can be completed on our In-services page or in our office. We want to make it easy for you to maintain your CEUs.

Online Home Health Care Applications Available

All Stat now provides an online application for those who wish to complete our employment application from home. Once the online application is completed, employees still need to come into the office to update any necessary documents, get an orientation to the company, complete a skills evaluation, have All Stat's Scheduling App installed on their smartphone, and have their picture taken for their ID Tag.

To begin the Online Application, click here. You will be taken to a screen that says "Sign in to open 'Employee App.' " Then enter...

Account Name: app
Password: allstat

And hit continue. You will then be taken to a welcome screen that asks you to select "Start New App" or "Continue Existing App."

We realize that sometimes when you start an application, you may not be able to complete it in one sitting. The system allows you to stop at any point and then sign in again using a password specific to you, which is the first four letters of your last name PLUS the last four digits of your Social Security Number. For example, if your name was Joan Smith and your Social Security Number was 123-45-6789, your password would be smit6789.

Once you have completed the application, you will see a Congratulations screen that will instruct you to contact your local office and let them know you completed the application. They will arrange for you to come into the office for a brief visit to finalize the process and put you to work.

As part of your application, we will require certain documents from you, including your certificate, CPR card, driver's license, car insurance, social security card, voided check (for direct deposit), and other related materials. You can upload the documents to the specified page of the app, or you can just provide them to use when you come into the office.
