All Stat Home Health's company profile provides a full range of in-home and private-duty home health care, catering specifically to the needs of the patient and family. We supply nursing personnel to hospitals, nursing centers, doctors' offices, and for private duty in-home care.
Our professional nursing staff includes registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nurses aides (CNAs), and home health aides (HHAs).
All Stat Home Health is a community-based agency focused on providing personalized patient care and easy access and communication. We are one of the few local agencies that does not use an answering service. Our supervisory staff are available 24 hours a day! You can call any time of day or night, and you will speak to someone who can respond immediately!
Prior to rendering any services, a registered nurse will come to the home to prepare a plan of care, which provides instructions to caregivers in the home. This visit is completely FREE of CHARGE! It provides a means of identifying patient needs and the depth of coverage available. It allows you to relax, eliminating undue stress and aggravation. All Stat Home Health will contact the appropriate companies and gather all of the pertinent information on your behalf.
All Stat Home Health also specializes in long-term care insurance processing. Expert insurance personnel will complete your claim form and submit paperwork to your insurance company on a weekly basis. We will further act as an advocate for you with the insurance company.
Meet Our Team: Organizational Chart
Philip V. Warman – President
Mr. Warman is a local resident of Sarasota. In addition to his ownership of All Stat Home Health, Mr. Warman is the CEO of a number of health-related companies in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
Carmen R. Scoma – Administrator
Mr. Scoma has been the Administrator with All Stat Home Health since 1992. Mr. Scoma is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company.
Stacey Crocker, RN – Director of Nursing
Stacey is involved in the development of many aspects of All Stat's patient and employee policies and procedures. She oversees all clinical staff in the field, including home health aides (HHAs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs).
Melissa Earle – Director of Client Services
Melissa has over ten years of experience in guardianship and several years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility prior to coming to All Stat Home Health 14 years ago. Her vast experience allows her to work as an advocate for seniors, ensuring the best possible care.
Dr. William Maecker – Financial Officer
Dr. Maecker is currently responsible for all Billing, Payroll and Financial Issues for all of our offices. He has extensive management and financial experience as well as experience working directly with All Stat’s Scheduling System.
Sarasota Organizational Chart
Rene Holloway – Administrative Assistant
Rene is responsible for employee and client time management, application processing, and payroll and billing preparation. She also assists in documentation processing for clients and staff, making sure that their files stay up-to-date and accurate.
Sandy Clair – Senior Billing Specialist
Sandy is responsible for processing paperwork for contract billing processing for a number of state and locally-funded contracts under which All Stat works. These include contracts with Senior Friendship Centers, Charlotte County Human Services, the Department of Children and Families, and a number of others. She also works with clients to resolve billing questions and issues and acts as a patient advocate in dealing with insurance companies.
Jen Salzwimmer – Staffing Coordinator
Jenn manages the staffing and supervision of the clients and employees in our Sarasota Office. Her duties include scheduling, client liaison, employee onboarding and coordination, payroll preparation and client and employee file management.

Sue Baker – Office Manager & Senior Staffing Coordinator
Ms. Baker is responsible for all staffing and supervision in our Port Charlotte office. Her duties include scheduling, client liaison, employee coordination and scheduling, payroll and billing preparation, and file management. Sue's vast experience spans over 30 years with All Stat Home Health! We are proud to have her on our team!
