All Stat has been in business since 1986 and we currently provide service in 7 counties.
All Stat offers a number of benefits for staff including Major Medical Health Coverage (we pay half the premium for qualifying employees), a 401K Plan (we generally match 100% of contributions by staff), $50,000 in Life Insurance at no charge (for qualifying employees) and many other benefits. We also treat all staff as employees so we provide Workers Comp Coverage, Unemployment coverage, Tax Withholdings, Professional Liability Coverage, General Liability Coverage and and Umbrella Policy to make sure staff are protected. Our current need is for CNA’s/HHA’s for work in home doing either shifts or short term visits for private duty and state contract clients. You can generally create a schedule based on your availability, the areas you wish to work and the time of day and days you prefer.

You will need a Physical to begin working and you can pick up a Physical Form at our office or download it from the Staff Requirements Page. It has specific wording that the state has requested. We suggest that you have that when you apply because you cannot work without it.
You will also need a copy of your certificate. Also, your 4 hour AIDS Certificate, your drivers license and social security card.
You will need to keep you file up to date as other information is needed, including Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s). As a courtesy, All Stat offers inservices free of charge. They can be completed on our Inservices page or in our office. We want to make it easy for you to maintain your CEU’s.
