All Stat Home Health works with many different payment options to meet the needs of our varied clients. The various payment options are listed below.
All invoices are submitted on a weekly basis. We found this is the best frequency for Insurance Company submission to ensure prompt payment. We also found this allows clients to better monitor their health care expenditures.
Clients who pay directly. All Stat Home Health accepts payments by check, electronic funds transfer or electronic Bill Pay.
For clients who have private home health insurance (from companies such as Bankers Life and Casualty, CNA, John Hancock, Genworth, National States, Penn Treaty, Pioneer Life, American Travelers, etc), All Stat will submit all billing and paperwork directly to the clients insurance company on their behalf. All Stat does not control the decisions made by the insurance company, but we can assist you through the submission of insurance related paperwork for your home health claim.
All Stat Home Health has a long history of submission and collections from Insurance Companies. We act as your advocate to make sure the insurance company pays as expected.
Clients who’s trust officers, bank officers, Guardians, Care Managers or related responsible party pays on behalf of the client.
For those clients interested in making payments electronically, All Stat Home Health now offers on line bill paying through your local bank.

All Stat also has many clients who have combinations of these payment sources. So for example, we may bill a portion of care to a clients insurance company and then a portion to them directly. We easily handle up to 5 simultaneous billing sources with no difficulty.
