Our Staff Requirements and Benefit Plans for Employees

Staff Requirements

All Stat Home Health staff meet or exceed State of Florida staff requirements to ensure client comfort, care, and satisfaction. Some of these essential requirements include:

  • FBI National Level II Criminal Background Screening
  • Current License or Certificate in good standing
  • Affidavit of Good Moral Character
  • Verifiable work references
  • Current CPR Card from an authorized “Hands On” CPR program
  • IV Certification for RNs and LPNs

You will also need to complete several in-services before hiring. For your convenience, you can either complete them in the office or online through our in-service web portal (available on our in-services tab on the left). Mandatory in-services include HIPPA, AIDS/OSHA Training, and Alzheimer’s Training. You simply download and review the material and then sign in to take the appropriate quiz. The system will automatically grade your quiz when completed and send us the results.

In-Services and CEUs

All Stat understands that your time is valuable. So, we provide online in-services to meet your CEU Requirements in the comfort of your own home.

CNAs and PCAs are required to complete 12 annual inservices to maintain their certifications. HHAs, homemakers, and companions need only certain in-services. We offer all of these free of charge!

Simply click on the selected item to download it. Note that some in-services have multiple downloads. After you have read the in-service materials, you must complete the quiz which follows.

Benefits Plans

All Stat Home Health offers several Benefits Plans for Staff.

Medical Benefits Plan

All Stat offers an affordable Health Benefits Plan that provides wellness, major medical, inpatient hospital, outpatient surgical, laboratory, maternity, emergency, and prescription drug benefits to employees.

Employees may also choose to purchase additional coverage to provide benefits for their children and/or spouse at an additional cost.

To be eligible, an employee must be under 65 years of age and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. An employee is not eligible to receive benefits if they have insurance coverage through a spouse or other employer.

401K Plan

All Stat offers a 401K Retirement Plan for staff. All Stat, at its discretion, may provide up to a 100% matching of funds that the employee invests in their own account! In addition, the All Stat 401K Plan provides for 100% vesting in only five years, based not on the entry date into the program but on the date of hire of the employee. In this way, we can reward those employees who have been with the company the longest! You can choose from various funds within the Principal Mutual Fund Family.

All Stat even provides FREE Financial Planning through advisors at the Principal.

MetLife Life Insurance

All Stat Home Health provides $50,000 in Life Insurance through MetLife Free of Charge to all eligible staff members! Employees must work a minimum of 30 hours per week, calculated over a period of 90 days, to become eligible. Employees can add additional coverage for themselves, their spouse, and their children at their own expense. To review, download, or print the complete MetLife Plan, click the link below. Cafeteria Plan

All Stat offers a Cafeteria Plan, which provides pre-tax savings on health expenses, including prescription purchases, medical visits or treatment, dental care, vision care, etc.
